This 2 days course provides an introduction to fundamentals, disciplines and principles of Agile software development methodology, the Golden Circle, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Lean Engineering.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:

- Agile development life cycles:

- Overview of IT Service Management and ITIL process terminology
